Chef Fred Morin is behind the internationally renowned Joe Beef, named one of the world’s 100 best restaurants by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna. He and his partners were featured in the Travel Channel’s The Layover and CNN’s Parts Unknown by chef Anthony Bourdain. Known for his unapologetic stance on gustatory decadence, Morin brings to the field of neurogastronomy his expertise in the exploration of why we like what we eat. Morin is one of the founding members of ISN and aims to propel ISN’s amalgam of art, craft and science in the context of brain and behavior.
