An experiential course with a 5-course dinner, with wine pairings and bourbon flavor wheel.

Interdisciplinary clinical neuroscience lectures by renowned neuroscientists and clinicians.

Wine pairing introduced by François Chartier, “Créateur d’harmonies” and winner of the Best Sommelier in the World award in 1994 (Grand Prix Sopexa, Paris).

Bourbon flavor wheel introduced by Chris Morris, Master Distiller at the Woodford Reserve Distillery, Brown-Forman Corporation.
